Ecocure Superior
Ecocure Superior is a water based curing compound. Non-toxic, it’s less hazardous than solvent-based products, so it’s safer for staff during application and kinder to the environment.
Typical applications:
- Indoor and outdoor use
- Unfinished concrete floors
- Concrete floors finished with a surface hardener which uses hydraulic binders

Product Description
Ecocure Superior is a water-based curing compound for concrete floors. It is supplied as an opaque white liquid, ready to spray onto a freshly-poured concrete slab: it becomes translucent once dried. It forms a protective layer on top of the slab which inhibits evaporation of the water in the surface of the concrete, helping to create a stronger slab.
A stronger, more uniform slab
Ecocure Superior stops the surface of the concrete slab from drying and curing too quickly. It works over a period of 7 days to ensure the whole slab cures in a more uniform way – so the concrete is as strong at the surface as deeper in the slab.
Prevents crazing
Ecocure Superior doesn’t just sit on top of the concrete – it penetrates deep into the surface, so it helps to prevent surface crazing.
Can be finished immediately
Ecocure is ideal for project where speed is important. As soon as it is sprayed onto the surface, Ecocure Superior will accept a suitable surface treatment, speeding up the construction process. It is also compatible with many primers and bonding glues. It requires no surface treatment (eg, scraping or pickling).
Quickly useable surface
Once Ecocure Superior has been applied, the slab will be surface-dry after just one hour at 20⁰C – and the surface is usable after only 8 hours.
Easy application
Ecocure Superior is simply sprayed onto the surface of the concrete using a thermal sprayer. It is supplied ready to spray, so there’s no need for mixing on site.
